Lid Lift Goggles

Lid Lift Goggles

Have you recently undergone an eyelid transformation procedure and are looking to minimize the recovery process? Blepharoplasty is a common aesthetic procedure that can effectively correct eyelid drooping and even improve vision capabilities. Like any surgical procedure, however, it is recommended to set aside some downtime to ensure an optimal recovery. Thanks to the innovations behind the LidLift Goggles, we can help you better control side effects that may arise during your downtime.

How Lid Lift Goggles Work

Some patients may experience swelling and bruising following their eyelid transformation procedure, both of which can occur as a result of postoperative leakage of fluids from capillaries. Lid Lift Goggles are designed with cooling foam that applies gentle pressure to the area surrounding the eyelids, safely stopping leakage. These goggles only require a constant application of 20 mm/Hg of gentle external pressure to the adjacent eyelid area, providing a safe and effective means of keeping fluids from leaking and with it, reduce swelling and bruising.

Lid Lift Goggle Expectations

Following your blepharoplasty procedure, our specialists will advise wearing your Lid Lift Goggles for a majority of the rest of that day. As well, you will be advised to wear them around 80% of the two days following your procedure date. Gentle pressure is evenly distributed on the rim around the eye, as opposed to over the eyeball itself. Many of our patients have noted elevated comfort while wearing their Lid Lift Goggles.

Benefits of Lid Lift Goggles

These amazing goggles provide patients who have undergone a blepharoplasty a wide array of benefits, some of which include:

  • Minimized swelling and bruising
  • Reduced post-procedure discomfort
  • Patients may be able to return to their normal activities and work schedules faster
